Hello bloggers…
By now these love birds are back from their honey moon so it gives me great pleasure to post their full blog feature. This wedding was a delight to shoot. An amazingly down to earth couple who has loved and followed our work for a very long time. We also had the pleasure of working alongside my friend and most talented cinematography team of Ray Roman (www.RayRoman.com) check out his blog for the teaser from her wedding video.
First, some vitals: Photography: Alain Martinez Photography, Cinematography: Ray Roman Films, Florist: Gil Sosa, Hotel Coordinator: Ivette Navarro, Make-up Artist/Hair: Amy Palma, Cake Design: Ana Paz, Belly Dancer: Dreams Belly Dance, DJ: Kenny Mondo Productions, Ceremony: St. Patricks Miami Beach, Reception: Westin Colonnade, and bringing us all together, event planning by LMG Events
A big thank you to Armando for your awesome images, Luis for your assistance, and Laz for running the PhotoWall. Here are some of my favorite pix
now boys and girls, don’t try the dress shot below unless you have an emergency plan in action! It’s hanging from a dangerous spot, zip!
Trying to think outside of the box, I had the Michelle climb tables and chairs to get unique shots in this room where so many Miami brides have gotten ready before.
Awesome shot below by Armando…
For this wedding, I rocked the 400 ml 2.8 lens, and I was able to get really close to them during the ceremony. Check out the paper thin depth of field (geek talk).
One of my favorite shots of the ceremony below. She’s about to cry here (breathe girl, breathe!!!). Look at the video from Ray Roman and you’ll understand.
One of my favorite image below, which by the way looks nothing like that in its original form, but my amazing graphic artist turned it into an amazing image.
One of the best belly dancer performances I’ve ever seen at a wedding…
I didn’t know this side of Michelle (see below)….
Here’s a peek at Michelle and Andrew’s video which Ray Roman provided us to share with you all. Enjoy!
And then the fun PhotoWall pictures….
