Hello bloggers…
It’s been a week since I blogged but a lot has been going on. I’m behind on the blogging, but what’s new.
Last Monday I got together with a few colleagues and we hosted a cocktail and networking reception in the Gables that turned out to be a hit. Lots of people came by and did the most important thing in this business–NETWORK.
First and foremost the most deserved Thank You’s…
The event was held at Invitations by Leston & Twinkle Twinkle, 2710 Ponce De Leon. The other vendors hosting the reception were:
Yours truly (Alain Martinez Photography, in case you don’t know who’s blog you’re reading, lol)
Petunia Flowers did some amazing decor
PMP Productions provided us some great lounge music while all the guests enjoyed some hors d’oeuvres from
Four Sisters Catering. Wow, those h’orderves were good!
Green Affairs provided some beautiful foliage and palm trees in the patio where the overflow of people had to move to.
Special thanks also to Cafe Gabo ((305) 905-5617) for their awesome coffee cart, Event Outfitters for the High Tables and Chivari chairs, AB Cover Designers (305-385-5572) for the beautiful table covers, Gables Linens for their beautiful linens, Miami Tabaco for their stogies that people enjoyed so much, The Cookie Bandit , Lisa Dominguez, for her sweet treats, and Taylor Made Cookies by Kimesha Wing also for her sweet touch.
Here are some pictures of the event.
People had moved to the patio lounge for some cool air and to the front of the store because at one point it was really crowded inside.

Thanks to all the people that came to the event. We hope that you enjoyed yourself and that you were able to make some good contacts to start this busy wedding season. We plan to make this a yearly event. Until next time…
