Hello bloggers! I recently took some 15’s shots for Kristen and I want to share some of the shots with you. Although this is not an area of photography that I specialize in, her mother gave me creative freedom, and I used it to create some shots that would better portrait Kristen and her playful personality.

We used the Biltmore hotel in Coral Gables for some of the more traditional shots

Kristen’s a cheerleader so I was constantly looking for poses where her athletic body would show off as it does on the bottom left shot.

We took some less formal ones right before we headed out to our next location. By now Kristen was very happy to be out of her big puffy dress.

Then we went to another location, outdoors, not formal at all, sandals and shorts, and then her true personality came out. I got some of the best shots in the second location, the one below right is my fav one of the whole session.

We snapped a few pix in her cheerleader’s uniform too…

And then at the end we took a series of silly shots that I’m sure will make a great spread in her final album. We used really bright colors for the background and asked her to give us some funny expressions. I won’t show them all here but we definitely got some funny ones that she’s going to love.

You know I had this perception of 15’s pictures to be boring and over-posed but I enjoyed this photoshoot very much. We can’t wait to start working on her album.
